We use DHL, TNT and UPS... From China to major destinations like US, Europe and Australia it only takes 3 to 5 days.

Shipping

There are 3 different kinds of shipping methods available for your selection: 

Notice:

1. The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and phone number. Please be informed that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.

2. We will ship your wedding gown within 5 working days after finishing packing, and the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track on the specific website by yourself.

3. If the shipping of your wedding dress incurs problems, we will contact you by email to explain the details.

4. We are not responsible for customs taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
